I read a tweet on a Twitter site the other day. It said:
“We are currently working on few exciting projects.”
What a difference a word makes – especially when it’s a missing word! In an outsourcing arrangement, one word you don’t want to find out is missing is “relationship.” It makes a very shaky foundation for getting the anticipated return on investment.
